Terms of Service

Initial version — covers only the features actually implemented in this MVP.

1. The service

BranchDrop provides tooling for Fanvue creators to configure interactive A/B message flows (“Drops”) in Direct Messages, preview them in a simulator, and — when connected via the official Fanvue API — run them with fans.

2. Your responsibilities

  • You must comply with Fanvue's Terms of Service and content policies at all times.
  • You are responsible for the content of every message and media item your Drops send.
  • Drops are paused by default; you explicitly activate them and you review flows before activation.

3. Payments

All content payments are processed natively by Fanvue (Pay-To-View). BranchDrop does not process, hold or transfer money and takes no share of your earnings.

4. Content policy

BranchDrop itself is an SFW product. It must not be used to host, generate or distribute content that violates Fanvue's platform rules or applicable law.

5. No warranty

This is an MVP provided “as is”. Automation depends on the Fanvue API and webhooks; delivery of messages and events is not guaranteed. Test with a single controlled fan account before wider use.

6. Termination and data

You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time via the Delete my data page.
